JOB
Today
job is everything. Get a good you have to work hard. Actually every student
wants to works hard to get a job. A student is studding very well, in spite of
he can’t get any job. But he tries and tries. He passed one written exam but
after interview he fails. Every time he fails. But one time will come that his
all energy will lose.
Actually there are two types of job is there. One is
government job and another is private job. Government job is very tough. I am
not telling very easy. I want to tell that in government job there pressure of
work is less, here job security is much better that private job. Here no one is
your boss. Here all are the government employee. Here you can work freely. But
to get a government job is not so easy. It is now very much tough to get a
government job. It has so much process and it takes so much time to select a
candidate. 1st is written exam and after 2 month result will
published. After that another part 2 exam will be held and it will take 1-2
month for publish the result. Selected candidate then called for interview and
group discussion. Then final selection. It is so lengthy process to select a
candidate. In spite of if any candidate passed all round but after interview he
fails. Then what will be his/her condition.
But in the private sector job it is not so lengthy process
to select a candidate. With in a day a candidate can select, or a candidate can
get a job. Obviously here 3-4 round is there. First round is aptitude, if you
select in the aptitude test then you have to called for group discussion, after
that the final selection is interview. Or any company can take for special
round for telecaller is judgments of voice. This total process takes one day.
That means you can get a job with in one day. You know your result within one
day. That means within one day you may know your faults. Then you can prepare
for your next interview. Private sector can get a good amount of money but here
work pressure is so much. The private company wants to get 100% labour. What
amount they are giving they want to get thrice of this amount. That’s why it is
so much tough to work a private job. In spite of you have to do this job. There
is no another way of earn.
But today I will tell you another way to get a job. That is
not a government sector job or not a private sector jobs. Obviously you can
tell it is a private sector job. But here you can work from home.
